Allouez Anchors is run by volunteers. The only exceptions are our referees who are paid for each game they officiate.
Our volunteer group is split between coaches and the club executive. We are always looking for more people to help run the club and currently seeking people to fill a variety of board positions.
We are affiliated with the national Soccer Association for Youth, which is an organisation dedicated to giving kids the chance to play soccer in a low pressure, fun environment. All kids get an equal opportunity to play.
